The Controller manages the personal data of those (visitors, registrants and buyers, or hereinafter the Affected) who visit, register on, shop on or subscribe to the newsletters of the http://wirtum.com webpage (hereinafter webpage) according to the following:

      2. Legal grounds for data protection
 
Legal background
 
The Controller manages personal data on the basis of the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Act on Data Protection), with the consent of the Affected.
 
Consent to data management
 
If the Affected acts based on the information outlined in the II., III.1., IV.1., and V.1. sections of this Privacy Policy, the Affected accepts our Privacy Policy and consents to the Controller keeping a record of and managing of their personal data for the aim and time outlined in the Privacy Policy.
 
The acceptance of the Privacy Policy qualifies as the voluntary, informed, determined, complete and unambiguous declaration of consent by the Affected.
 
This Privacy Policy qualifies as the complete informing of the Affected.

 
      3. Technical data, cookies, IP addresses
 
The webpage uses cookies that only serve as a basis for visitor statistics and do not have access to the information stored on the personal computer of the Affected. Cookies do not manage personal data and are not capable of identifying the Affected.

The webpage uses the following cookies:
- Temporary cookies that are deleted with the closing of the webpage,
- Permanent cookies that are deleted two years after the date of the recording.
 
The Affected can block the cookies anytime, or can delete them with the suitable menu of the browser.
 
The webpage records the IP address of the personal computer of the Affected. These data are not connected to the personal data, thus are not suitable for identifying the Affected. The recording of IP addresses serves only statistical purposes.

 
      4. Asserting the requirements of data security
 
During their data management activities, the Controller
- provides for the security of data, and takes those technical and organizational measures and establishes those rules of procedure which are needed for asserting the regulations outlined in the Act on Data Protection,
- protects data from unauthorized access, change, forwarding, publishing, deletion or destruction, and accidental destruction or damage, and becoming inaccessible resulting from changes in the applied technology.

 
      5. The rights of the Affected in connection with data protection
 
The Affected may request from the Controller
a) information on the management of their personal data,
b) scorrection of their personal data and
c) sdeletion or blocking of their personal data (except for compulsory data management).
 
Following the request of the Affected, the Controller provides information about the data of the Affected managed by the Controller or the data of the Affected processed by a data processor (commissioned by the Controller); the source of the data; the aim, legal grounds and duration of data management; the name, the address (registered office) and the activities of the data processor in connection with data management, and the legal grounds and recipient of data forwarding (in case the personal data of the Affected is forwarded).

Providing information is free if in the current year the Affected did not request information on the same range of data. In other cases, the cost of providing information is 1000 HUF + VAT.
 
The Affected can file their request via e-mail (e-mail address: info@wirtum.com) or via post (address: 3 Jászapáti Street, Budapest 1172). The Controller answers the request in writing, within a maximum of 30 days.

 
      6. Miscellaneous

Possibility of modification of Privacy Policy
 
The Controller maintains the right to unilaterally modify the Privacy Policy without prior notice. The Controller can send the effective Privacy Policy via e-mail following the request of the Affected. The Affected accepts the modified Privacy Policy by using the webpage after the modification came into effect. The date of the last modification of the Privacy Policy is labelled by the “Last updated” line.

Data processing and data forwarding

The Controller does not use a data processor during the management and processing of data.

The Controller does not forward personal data to third parties without the expressed written consent of the Affected (in the absence of lawful obligation).

Possibilities for enforcing rights

If the rights of the Affected to data protection are breached, the Affected can turn to courts of justice based on the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and the Act on Data Protection, or to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

 

 
    II. Regulations concerning visitors
 
The Visitor accepts the content of this Privacy Policy by opening the webpage.
The Controller does not manage the personal data of the Visitors.
 

 
    III. Regulations concerning those persons who register on the webpage

The Controller manages the personal data of the Affected until the realisation or continuance of the aims outlined above, but for a maximum of five years from the recording of the data.
 
If the Affected asks for the deletion of their personal data, the Controller arranges for deletion within 30 days.

The Affected accepts the content of this Privacy Policy by shopping (placing an order) on the webpage.

      V. Sending newsletters

    1. Consent to data management

The Controller sends electronic newsletters and other advertisements in connection with their products and services from the info@wirtum.com e-mail address to those who previously consented to receiving newsletters.

Subscribers can unsubscribe (at any time, without restraint and reasons, freely) from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@wirtum.com or by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of the newsletters.
